Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • Hair care products that have been used, opened, or tampered with cannot be returned.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

The 30-day return policy begins on the date your order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. A $5 fee will be deducted from your store credit to cover the cost of the return shipping label. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Store Credit Only

We do not offer refunds. Approved returns will receive store credit for the value of the returned item, minus the $5 return label fee. Store credit does not expire and can be used for any future purchase on our website.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assist you. To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, include photos clearly showing the damage or issue along with your order details when reaching out to support@lolafromriousa.com.

Once we receive the photos and assess the issue, we aim to resolve cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 3-5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Used or opened hair care products
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Personal care items that have been tampered with or are not in original packaging

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, contact us before initiating the process.

Exchanges

To receive a replacement quickly, return the item you have and place a separate order for the new item.

Customer Responsibility for Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not liable for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Store Credit Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of its approval. Approved returns will be issued store credit within 10 business days, minus the $5 return label fee.
